POLICY

Task Commitment

• ✦ Once I begin working, it cannot be canceled unless I fail to finish within the agreed deadline. If I do not complete the work within the agreed deadline but have made progress, I expect at least 40% compensation for the work completed up to that point.



Payment Terms

• ✦ A 50% upfront payment is required, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the work assigned to me. (This is only required if the total payment exceeds $10 USD or R$2,000.)
• ✦ Applicable taxes must be covered.
• ✦ If paying via PayPal, it should be sent by Friends and Family (FnF).



Studio Work

• ✦ I will work in my own studio to ensure security and safety, unless the 50% payment is paid upfront; then I can work in your studio.



Warranty

• ✦ I offer a 7-day warranty only for any issues related to the assigned work after completion.



Refunds

• ✦ No refunds will be issued once the task has been completed.
